- Yes, there is plenty of free parking right by the entrance.

- Yes, there is a fitting room. Feel free to try on your pants, jersey or protection — and helmets and boots too, of course. That way you know for sure the size is right.
- Is there always someone to give advice?
- Yes, there is always someone in the shop to help you: with the right size, choosing between two helmets or finding the right part for your bike.
- Is everything from the webshop also in the shop?

- Can I pick up my order in the shop?
- Yes — choose pickup at checkout, and you collect your order at our shop in Lommel.
- Can I return a webshop order in the shop?
- Yes, bring it to the counter within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging. You get your money back the same way you paid.
- How do I pay in the shop?
- In cash or by card. You can also pay part in cash and the rest by card.
- Can I get in with a wheelchair?
- Yes, the shop entrance is wheelchair friendly.
- Is there a toilet?
- Yes, there is a toilet for customers.
- Do you still do BMX?
- Not like we used to: we no longer sell BMX bikes or parts, we now do motocross and enduro. But as a BMX rider you are still very welcome — helmets, goggles and protection are the same as in motocross, and we still have BMX clothing from Zulu. BMX clothing →
- Do you also sell gear for road motorcycles?
- No, we only do motocross and enduro: no clothing or parts for road motorcycles.
- Do you change tyres or do repairs?
- No, we don't change tyres and don't do repairs or servicing on motorcycles or bicycles. You will find tyres, parts and oil to do it yourself at our shop, though.
