Customer Service - Returns and Exchange

Return and Exchange policy:

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at Gear2win and we show that with our  flexible returns/exchange policy.  If it doesn’t fit, you don’t like it, you’ve ordered the wrong thing or the goods are faulty or damaged, we will refund or exchange your order.

Goods can be returned up to 30 days from purchase date.  As long as the item is not fitted, used, damaged, has all original tags/barcodes attached, and is kept in its original packaging we will refund or exchange your purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges except if you receive damaged goods or we have sent you the wrong items, we will replace them and you will not be responsible for the shipping charges.
